We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@hairmatters.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address. You can email us and we’ll send you the address.
If your return is valid, please send the product back to us using your choice of courier / rider erc and we’ll refund your money via bank transfer.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned like opened or used pillowcases, bottles and so on.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

I am using there products and this is there 7 bottle of oil that I purchased.... There oils are best... Now as a mom I started using there mom's hair oil as I am facing postpartum hair loss since 2 weeks... And it started giving me nice results...
I tried many herbal oils for thick and long hair growth, but their smell is pathetic and through my bottle in the dustbin. I use your hair oil although it contains Kalwanji but it smells good and pleasant. So, I give them a chance and find noticeable results.
