When you place an order with Hair Matters, you will first receive a confirmation message on your provided WhatsApp number. Our team will then verify your order through WhatsApp or, if WhatsApp is not available or the confirmation is not received, via a phone call. This is done to ensure accuracy and a smooth delivery process before dispatch.
All orders are dispatched via TCS and PostEx courier services.

- Free delivery on orders worth Rs. 4,999 and above
- Delivery time within Lahore: 2 to 4 working days
- Delivery time for other cities: 5 to 6 working days

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason, you must inform us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Delivery & Replacement Policy
Hair Matters aims to provide fast and secure delivery across Pakistan. In case you receive the wrong, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately at +92 300 0545448.
After verification:
- We will dispatch the correct product at no additional cost
- The incorrect item will be collected from you
Returned items must be 100% intact and in original packaging
