Participants massaged their scalps for about four minutes per day over a 24-week period, resulting in the growth of visibly thicker, stronger hair. A 2019 study with 340 participants supported those original findings by reproducing similar results. The participants each massaged twice per day to improve hair loss, using similar scalp massage techniques. Approximately 69% of participants said the massages improved their alopecia, reducing hair loss and encouraging the growth of new hair.

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@hairmatters.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address. You can email us and we’ll send you the address.
If your return is valid, please send the product back to us using your choice of courier / rider erc and we’ll refund your money via bank transfer.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned like opened or used pillowcases, bottles and so on.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
